Fatbaby and Alise’s culinary team offers a wide variety of house made items that are absolutely
perfect for office or home snacks or great additions to any dinner that you may be fixing at
home. Our devoted culinary team takes very special pride in what they prepare. All products

“Southern Squash Casserole”

Fresh sliced yellow squash and zucchini simmered slowly in a hearty chicken stock.
Combined with applewood bacon, caramelized onions and smoked gouda cheese.
Folded together with a rich and creamy parmesan mayo custard. Bake in a preheated 350
degree oven for about 45 minutes to an hour until the top of the casserole is golden brown and you will have the perfect vegetable side dish for any meal!
“Andouille Sausage Jambalaya Stuffed Boneless Chicken”

“Shrimp Remoulade Pasta Salad”

This salad is perfect for the office! A wonderful combination of fresh boiled domestic shrimp
with, cucumbers, celery, diced eggs, sweet relish, dill relish, tomatoes, chopped green onion and
elbow macaroni all tossed together with an Old Bay creole mustard remoulade. Served atop
spring mix lettuce with crackers.
“Smoked Tuna Dip”

This creamy dip starts off with fresh ahi tuna that we smoke in house over our pecan wood pit.
We combine that with cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, herbs and spices and a touch of lemon
zest. This is our most popular grab and go item and you will want to make sure you come try
some as well!
We make our boudin in house and do several things with it here at Fatbaby and Alise’s.
However, you can enjoy this product in our grab and go showcase grill or oven ready for you.
By the way, our boudin has already been touted as the best on the Coast, so make sure you stop
in and get some for the next time you fire up your grill!
“Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo”
Our House Made Gumbo starting with a hearty chicken stock packed full with hand picked fresh dark meat chicken, andouille sausage, okra, spices and herbs. All simmered slowly in a dark brown bacon fat roux.
“Four Cheese Stuffed Au Gratin Potatoes”

Well, we looked for a hog head cheese to buy that we liked and we couldn’t find one so we
decided to make our own and it is dandy! Can’t really go through all the descriptions but if you
like hog head cheese please drop by and get a loaf. We put a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in
each loaf so you won’t be disappointed with the heat level for sure!
“Smoked Chicken and Conecuh Sausage Jambalaya”
This jambalaya is packed with fresh smoked dark meat chicken, sliced conecuh sausage, herbs
and spices and rice. All simmered slowly in an aromatic chicken tomato stock. A touch of heat
